The Cassara Carlsbad

Approx 35 minutes from the venue, but less than 2 minutes from the beach! Just down the road from the adorable Carlsbad Village, this is where we suggest our friends and family stay. For those that stay here, there will be complimentary transportation on May 15th to and from the venue for our guests. Additionally, the hotel is right next to Karl Strauss Brewing where we will be hosting our informal welcome party on Thursday afternoon May 14th. We have negotiated exclusive rates and accommodations for our guest. Please use the discount linked to book your stay at Cassara Carlsbad. We kindly request that all our guests book their stay by March 15th, 2026 so that we can finalize the room block amount. Please reach out to Rachel or Joe with any questions!

Shuttle

Kitaen/Hall Wedding Guest Shuttle

May 15, 2026 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm

There will be three shuttles running to help transfer guests from the Cassara Carlsbad Hotel to Monserate Winery and back to Cassara at the end of the night. Busses will begin boarding at 2:00pm from the hotel lobby and leave PROMPTLY at 2:15pm. Guests not on a shuttle by 2:15 will be left behind and have to make other travel arrangements to the venue (uber/lyft). We kindly request that guests arrive at the shuttle area early for a prompt departure and to ensure that the rest of evening flows on schedule. Thank you!

Travel Note

Guest Driving Separately

For guests planning to drive to the venue on their own, please plan for a minimum one hour journey to the venue from Carlsbad. For guests traveling from Orange County, please plan for a minimum two hour journey to the venue due to Friday San Diego traffic delays. We appreciate your proactiveness and support to ensure a prompt 3:30pm arrival at Monserate Winery. Thank you!
