Our I Do Crew

We are incredibly lucky to have these special people by our side as we take this next step in our journey together. From childhood friends to family who have watched us grow, each of them has played a unique role in our lives, and we’re honored to have them standing with us on our wedding day. These individuals mean the world to us, and we couldn’t imagine celebrating without them. They’ve supported us, laughed with us, and cheered us on, and now, they’ll be helping us create memories that will last a lifetime. We’re so grateful to have them as part of our wedding celebration, and we can’t wait for you to meet them!

Helen Black

Mother of the Bride

Helen has been an incredible source of love, support, and wisdom in Rachel’s life. As a mother, she has always been there through every milestone, offering guidance, encouragement, and a listening ear. Rachel is grateful for the strong bond they share, and Helen’s unwavering love has shaped her into the person she is today.

Phillip Black

Father of the Bride

Phil (AKA: Bud) has been a steadfast and loving presence in Rachel's life, always offering his support, wisdom, and humor. As a father, he’s shown what it means to be a true role model, providing guidance through both the joyful and challenging moments (and there have been many). Rachel deeply appreciates the strength and love her dad has always shown, and the special bond they share is something she treasures every day. One of Rachel’s favorite memories with her dad is from when she was very young, traveling to Martha’s Vineyard. The photo above was taken on the ferry, on their way to their favorite island.

Gloria Harmon

Mother of the Groom

Growing up with my mom, Gloria, meant that ordinary days had a way of turning into legendary adventures. Whether it was sitting out in a downpour together just to see who would blink first, or waking up to find out we were heading on a spontaneous road trip to chase the end of a rainbow, she always kept me guessing in the best possible way. We had “what the heck” days where she’d let me skip school, and off we’d go on some new escapade—like camping trips, spur-of-the-moment theme park runs, or even the time she sent me to Space Camp because she believed in fueling my wild imagination. And then there were her Christmas extravaganzas. Every year, she’d transform our home with an elaborate holiday village and so many lights we joked you could see them from space. Through every mini road trip and every twinkling bulb, my mom poured all her creativity and love into making my childhood magical. I’m grateful for every wild, wonderful memory—and proud to have her here by my side for yet another incredible moment in my life.

Kathleen Black

Matron of Honor

Kathleen (AKA: Kat) is Rachel's sister in law. From the moment they met, Kathleen was very welcoming, and their families would soon merge. Over the years, they have shared countless laughs, heartfelt conversations, some good cries and memories that have only strengthened their bond. She's not just a sister-in-law; she's become a true friend—someone that can always be counted on for support, advice, and, of course, a good time. Rachel is so grateful for the relationship they share and is excited to have Kat be her Matron of Honor on her special day.

John Randant

Best Man

I’ve known John since high school—he was a short, pudgy freshman when I was a junior, and no one could’ve guessed he’d “glow up” into the tall, confident guy we see today. We eventually ended up living together, which meant even more wild adventures: suspicious neighbors(who may or may not have been Mexican Mafia), parties that stretched till sunrise, and that legendary 2 a.m. run to Jack in the Box when we got the entire drive-thru singing “You’ve Lost That Lovin’ Feelin’.” I can’t begin to describe how grateful I am to have had John (and his family) by my side through so many chapters of life. He’s been there for all the laughter, chaos, and late-night karaoke—and now I’m honored he’ll be here for one more milestone as my Best Man.

Jen Lehman

Bridesmaid

Jen and Rachel met in their early 20s, neither knowing that they were about to become each other’s "meatballs" in the best possible way. Jen is Rachel's "cousin" but much more of a very good friend. Over the years, their friendship blossomed, and they quickly discovered just how much fun they had together. From shared laughs: when Jen drove the jet-ski to Wawa, many cries: missing our overnight train in Paris to unforgettable moments. Their bond grew stronger, and it became clear that they were meant to be in each other’s lives for the long haul.

Annie Nitsche

Bridesmaid

Annie and Rachel’s friendship began at the age of three. After Rachel’s family moved to Vineland, she found her lifelong best friend in Annie. From childhood adventures to supporting each other through life’s biggest moments, their bond has only grown stronger over the years. Just one of their earliest memories together was when they decided to build an ice-skating rink in Annie's driveway along with both of their brother(s) in the middle of the night. Whether they were playing outside, making pizzelles, playing soccer or simply offering a shoulder to lean on, Annie has always been there for Rachel through thick and thin. Their friendship is filled with laughter, inside jokes, and countless cherished moments, and Rachel is beyond grateful for the incredible bond they share.

Rachel Rosenblatt

Bridesmaid

Rachel and Rachel first crossed paths through their shared love of running. They met at Ladies Track Night, not realizing that it was the beginning of a deep and lasting friendship. Before long, they could always be found together at every race and running event, supporting each other every step of the way. Their friends and peers soon began to call them "R1" and "R2" to tell them apart, but to everyone else, they were simply inseparable—two runners who became the best of friends.

Kris Campbell

Groomsman

I first met Kris in high school at The Great Indoors—while I was working Loss Prevention, don’t worry he didn’t steal anything. We quickly became friends and, much later on, roommates, which took our adventures to a whole new level. From spontaneous desert trips to shoot guns and snap off-the-wall photos, to racking up an endless list of inside jokes, Kris has always been the kind of guy who can turn even the simplest plans into something unforgettable. He’s also known for pushing the envelope—like the time he made Wookiee noises at random frat boys in a San Diego bar, almost getting us both kicked out. But Kris’s fearlessness goes beyond the occasional bar stunt: he’s living his lifelong dream of being a firefighter, dedicated to keeping others safe in the same passionate way he embraces fun. I’m proud to have him by my side on my big day—Wookiee impressions and all!

Patrick Simmons

Groomsman

Patrick is the youngest of my mom’s brothers, which made him the “cool uncle” who was never too old (or too mature) to let me tag along. Our bond started with our secret handshake—something no one else could ever quite master—and grew stronger through all kinds of adventures. We’d spend afternoons catching lizards off Little Pima Road at my grandparents’ house, then head inside to mess around with finger boards. But Uncle Pat didn’t stop there. He was the one who snuck me into a high school party (until Aunt Annie set him straight), took me on a family trip to Tijuana when I was only ten (still not sure whose idea that was), and introduced me to In-N-Out in San Diego long before it became the West Coast icon everyone knows now. Through every escapade, he managed to make me feel like I was part of something special. I’m beyond grateful to have him as both my uncle and my friend, and I couldn’t be happier to have him by my side on my wedding day.

Brandon Mayer

Groomsman

I’ve literally known Brandon since the day he was born. Growing up, he was the strong, silent type—someone you might underestimate until you saw how determined he could be. Over the years, he’s grown into a confident, steady presence, and I’ve come to treasure the time we spend together. Our friendship (and cousin-hood) has been cemented by countless late nights battling it out in Counter-Strike under our team name, “The APES.” Whether we were storming Dust II or perfecting our strategies on Nuke, Brandon was always the calm, collected force who kept us on track. When we weren’t in-game, we were building custom PCs—usually with a running joke about why we needed yet another upgrade. Through wins, losses, and every upgrade in between, we grew closer. Brandon isn’t just family; he’s a true friend, and I’m honored to have him standing beside me on my wedding day.

Bueller Black

Ring Bear(er)

Bueller entered our lives in the most unexpected way. One day, while Rachel was at the store picking up a card, the clerk casually asked if she would be interested in adopting her dog. It was one of those moments that felt like fate. Before we knew it, we were welcoming Bueller into our family, and what followed was not only the start of a new chapter but also an incredible story of how he became a beloved part of our lives. Bueller isn't just a dog; he's a beloved member of our family. From the moment we brought him home, he’s been by our side through every adventure, bringing endless joy and love. Whether he's curling up on the couch with us during movie nights, playfully chasing after his favorite ball or toy or taking walks, Bueller’s energy and affection makes our home feel complete. He’s shown us what true unconditional love is and has brought us even closer as a couple. As we prepare to start this new chapter together, we know that Bueller will continue to be an important part of our story.

John Picinich

Officiant

John is not only deeply caring, but also hilarious and incredibly down-to-earth. When it came time to choose an officiant, we instantly knew he was the perfect person for the role. We're beyond grateful that John agreed to be a part of our special day and took on the responsibility of making our dream ceremony come to life.

Miguel Rios

Ring Bear(er) Handler

Our first significant interaction with Miguel and his wife, Cecilia, was when we all met in Puerto Rico during their work trip. From that moment, we knew they were a couple we wanted to have in our lives for the long haul. Miguel's passion for life and his enthusiasm for everything he does is truly infectious. We are grateful that he agreed to be Bueller's handler for our ceremony.
