Will there be a shuttle service to/from the venue

Answer

Sit back, relax, and enjoy some cocktails without any worries. We want everyone to have a fun and safe time, so we’ve arranged two shuttles to transport guests between the Annapolis hotels and the venue. Each shuttle accommodates up to 14 people, so please be ready to board when it’s your turn. To keep things running smoothly, we ask that everyone be at the venue by 6:15 pm. We’ll provide an update once we confirm the central pickup location in Annapolis. Plus, the shuttles will be available later at the venue for anyone who wishes to leave early.

Please plan to arrive at the venue by 6:00 PM to enjoy a refreshing lemonade, greet others, and mingle before the event begins. Ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30pm. For the upcoming wedding, we kindly ask that guests adhere to the following dress code options: Black Tie Optional, Formal, or Cocktail attire. We encourage elegant and sophisticated choices to match the celebration, so please avoid wearing jeans. The bridal party will be wearing Coral, so please reserve this color for them. We look forward to seeing you there in your best attire!

Your invitation and RSVP will indicate if you are welcome to bring a guest. The bride and groom are keeping this event a private affair, inviting only close friends and family.

Why was I not asked to choose a meal for dinner?

Answer

All meals include two entrées: chicken marsala and salmon. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP so we can ensure accommodations are made for you. Your safety and comfort are important to us! You’ll have the chance to enjoy hors d'oeuvres and drinks during the cocktail hour, which will begin around 7 p.m.

Are there closer hotels to the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there are hotels closer to both the venue and the airport that you are welcome to book. We chose Annapolis as the hotel destination for its variety of activities and scenic beauty. If you'd rather stay nearby, consider hotels in Glen Burnie or near BWI Airport. Alternatively, you can book a room in Baltimore, but please note that we don’t have a room block in any of these locations.
