Shuttle From Florence to Castello di Ristonchi

May 26, 2026 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm

We will be providing shuttle service from the Florence airport to Castello di Ristonchi. There will be four shuttle times. After exiting the terminal, the meeting point is in the parking area to the left. For those arriving via the city center tram, the meeting point is in the parking area directly in front of the tram stop. There will be a Ristonchi team member to meet you at the airport. We will also have a shuttle captain for each shuttle. Please check back for their contact information closer to the wedding celebration. Please sign-up for the shuttles at tinyurl.com/np-shuttle on the Arrival Day tab. Shuttle 1 departs at 1:30pm arriving at 2:30pm. Shuttle 2 departs at 2:00pm arriving at 3:00pm. Shuttle 3 departs at 4:00pm arriving at 5:00pm. Shuttle 4 departs at 4:30pm arriving at 5:30pm. Note: Rooms will not be ready until 4pm, but you are welcome to enjoy the pool while you wait!

Alternative Transportation

If planning to not take the shuttle, its recommended to rent a car or book a cab. Public transportation to the venue is difficult. There is limited parking spaces at the venue, so please consider carpooling and letting us know you will have a car on site. Ride sharing services that are available in Florence are Uber, SIXT, and appTaxi.

Since we are asking our loved ones to travel across the globe to celebrate our wedding with us, we have decided to cover your lodging during our celebration! We will handle lodging for you. There are no elevators, so please let us know if you are incapable of handling stairs for medical reasons. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shuttle From Castello di Ristonchi to Florence

We will be providing a shuttle service from Castello di Ristonchi to the Florence airport. There will be four shuttle times. Please meet at the castle parking area 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. This will help ensure that all shuttles can leave on time. The driver will be present at the meeting point to assist and make sure everyone boards the correct shuttle, so that no one is left behind. Please sign-up for the shuttles at tinyurl.com/np-shuttle on the Departure Day tab. Shuttle 1 departs at 8:00am arriving at 9:00am. Shuttle 2 departs at 8:30am arriving at 9:30pm. Shuttle 3 departs at 11:00am arriving at 12:00pm. Shuttle 4 departs at 11:15am arriving at 12:30pm.
