We will be providing transportation from Florence to Castello di Ristonchi. Please sign-up for a spot on the shuttles at tinyurl.com/np-shuttle. It is about a 40 minute drive to the property if you would like to arrive on your own. Parking is limited, please let us know ahead of time if you plan to rent your on car. Please fill in all questions as this information is mandatory for registration at the venue.

While everyone is getting settled in, stop by the terrace to indulge on a selection of fresh apertivos. Or enjoy some time at the pool!
Welcome Wine on the Terrace
6:30 pm
Let's kick back, celebrate, and get to know each other for our wedding week extravaganza. Meet us on the castle terrace for some welcome wine while we watch the sunset over the Tuscan mountains.
BYOPizza Dinner Welcome Party
7:00 pm - 11:30 pm
We cannot wait to share our love of creating beautiful food with you, our guests. The pizza dinner will be a make your own style event - top your pizza with fresh ingredients from the castle garden and cook it yourselves in the stone oven built right into the castle tower! Roll out fresh dough, sip local wine, and watch the sunset from the terrace. The goal is to relax and have some fun getting to know one another before the big day.

Breakfast on the Terrace

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
Join us for a light breakfast on the terrace. Indulge in Fresh Bread with Local Jams and Honey, Cheese Boards, Yogurt, Muesli. Includes Coffee, Juice and Still Water. Guess what? All the honey and olive oil we consume all weekend come from bees raised right on site at the castello and olives harvested from the olive groves.
Ristonchi Farm Tour & Tasting
10:00 am - 11:30 am
Comfortable Walking outfit: Good walking shoes, Hat, Refillable water bottle, Sunscreen
This peaceful morning walk will take you through the olive groves, organic gardens, beehives, and forest paths surrounding the castle. You’ll learn how this land sustains itself naturally and how everything, from the honey to the olive oil is grown, harvested, and produced right here, with deep care for the earth. The tour ends with a tasting of the fresh, organic products lovingly made on-site. It’s completely optional but just might be the perfect way to slow down, reconnect with nature, and discover the beautiful countryside of Tuscany.
Poolside Panini Lunch
12:30 pm - 2:30 pm
Join us at the Castello Pool and order up paninis from the Panini Truck! Take a dip in the pool- filled with fresh mountain spring water.
The Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and jackets and slacks.
Join us on the Fattoria Lawn for the ceremony. Pick a seat - not a side. Cocktail Attire is requested (i.e. cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and jackets and slacks). Note: we will be on grass for the remainder of the evening - so plan shoe-wear accordingly.
Post Ceremony Appertivo on the Terrace
5:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Join everyone on the terrace post-ceremony to indulge on a selection of fresh appertivos and sip on Prosecco and local beer.
Tuscan Sunset Wedding Dinner
6:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Let the festivities begin. Sit down for a four-course family style Italian feast prepared fresh by the Castello Chef using locally sourced seasonal ingredients. Food is our love language - so eat, relax, and be prepared to laugh together while we enjoy the Tuscan sun setting over the hills.
Drinks & Dancing in The Rave Cave

Lunch BBQ by the Pool

Want to take the afternoon for yourself to recover? Go on a hike in the Tuscan forest? No problem! But we will be poolside hosting a good 'ole fashion American BBQ and hope you will join us. Bring your swimsuit, take a dip, and relax poolside while we munch down on some locally sourced burgers & Italian sausages and relax under the Tuscan sun!
Gelato & Chill

Join us by the pool for UNLIMITED Italian gelato from 1-4PM. Yes! You heard that correctly.
Wine Tasting
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
A sommelier specializing in Italian wines will bring an assortment of local wine and guide us through a full range of wines and experiences. The region of Chianti produces a wonderful, diverse selection of world class and award-winning wines and the expert local winemakers in neighboring villages are ready to share with us! You are free to join or explore the grounds at this time. We kindly ask you rsvp to this event as an exact headcount will be needed.
Pasta Making Class & Party
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
It's our final night together and we'd love nothing more than for everyone to come together to learn how to make fresh pasta from the Castello's Master Chef and drink wine on the terrace for one final sunset together. Pasta and a variety buffet will be served. Note: Guests will be split into Group A (6-7:30p) and Group B (7:30p-9p) to ensure everything runs smoothly and an enjoyable time for everyone. Please check the FAQ for your group assignment.
