Registry

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for, and we are incredibly grateful to celebrate with you. Especially for those traveling long distances to join us in Taiwan, we recognize the time, effort, and expense involved, and your presence alone means the world to us.
In keeping with Taiwanese and Japanese wedding traditions, red envelopes are warmly appreciated in place of a traditional registry, though they are entirely optional. If you would like to contribute in this way, your kindness will help us build our first home together.
P.S. For those who enjoy cultural traditions, Taiwanese and Japanese wedding customs come with a bit of numerology. Amounts containing the number 4 are often avoided, auspicious numbers are favored, and Japanese tradition sometimes prefers gift amounts that cannot be evenly divided, symbolizing a marriage that stays together. Consider these customs rather than rules—we are simply thankful to celebrate with you.
