Snowmass Village Shuttle
Guests staying in Snowmass/Aspen- Pickup is @ Clarks Market
Please use our dedicated shuttle service for easy transportation to and from the wedding. P͟I͟C͟K͟ ͟U͟P͟ ͟L͟O͟C͟A͟T͟I͟O͟N͟ Clarks Market Parking Lot (16 Kearns Rd, Snowmass Village) There is adequate parking for all. T͟O͟ ͟T͟H͟E͟ ͟C͟E͟R͟E͟M͟O͟N͟Y͟ The shuttle will depart promptly at 2:40 PM and arrive at the venue around 3:30 PM. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so we can stay on schedule. R͟E͟T͟U͟R͟N͟ ͟S͟H͟U͟T͟T͟L͟E͟S͟ -Early Departure: Leaves the venue at 7:45 PM and will arrive back at Clarks Market around 8:30 PM -Late Departure: Leaves the venue at 10:00 PM, arriving back around 10:45 PM. I͟M͟P͟O͟R͟T͟A͟N͟T͟ There is NO parking available at the venue, so all guests must plan to use the provided shuttle transportation.
Basalt Shuttle
Guests staying in Basalt- Pickup is @ Basalt Park & Ride
P͟I͟C͟K͟ ͟U͟P͟ ͟L͟O͟C͟A͟T͟I͟O͟N͟ RFTA Basalt Park & Ride Parking Lot. (Located at Basalt Ave & Highway 82. It is just off Highway 82 along Basalt Ave, near East Cody Lane, and is standard RFTA commuter lot used for bus pickups and parking) There is adequate parking for all. T͟O͟ ͟T͟H͟E͟ ͟C͟E͟R͟E͟M͟O͟N͟Y͟ The shuttle will depart promptly at 2:50 PM and arrive at the venue around 3:30 PM. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can stay on schedule. R͟E͟T͟U͟R͟N͟ ͟S͟H͟U͟T͟T͟L͟E͟S͟ -Early Departure: Leaves the venue at 7:45 PM and will arrive back to the RFTA lot around 8:15 PM. -Late Departure: Leaves the venue at 10:00 PM, arriving back around 10:30 PM. I͟M͟P͟O͟R͟T͟A͟N͟T͟ There is NO parking available at the venue, so all guests must plan to use the provided shuttle transportation.

If you would prefer to arrange your own transportation, we recommend booking with High Mountain Taxi in advance, as transportation options in the Aspen Valley are limited and there are no Uber or Lyft services available in the area. Please call (970) 925-8294 to arrange your ride! If you happen to run behind, please don’t stress — we would just kindly ask that you join us for cocktail hour and the reception rather than entering during the ceremony itself.
