Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be shuttle transportation provided from both Snowmass and Basalt. There is NO parking at the ranch, so make sure you keep an eye out for information on shuttle timing. More details on pickup times and locations will be shared closer to the date!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore your kiddos, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration- aside from our flower girls! Only those on your invitation are included in the celebration.

When should I RSVP by?

Whether you're able to join us or not, we kindly ask that you RSVP by May 1st so we can finalize details with our vendors.

What's the deal with elevation safety?

Answer

Snowmass sits at over 8,000 feet, which is a big change if you're coming from lower elevations. It's completely normal to feel a little off when you first arrive- think lightheadedness, fatigue or shortness of breath. Here are a few tips to help you acclimate comfortably: -Arrive a day or two early if possible to give your body time to adjust -Hydrate well and often! Water is your best friend at altitude -Take it easy on physical activity for the first day or two -Be mindful with alcohol! It hits harder and faster up here! Listen to your body, rest when needed and don't be surprised if one glass of wine feels like three. We want you feeling great and ready to celebrate!

Is there a dress code?

We invite you to embrace Western Elegance—a balance of mountain charm and timeless style. Think flowing dresses and jumpsuits for the ladies, and sport coats or dress shirts for the gentlemen. Boots and hats are welcome! Our celebration will be held on the ranch in the heart of the Rockies. Expect sunshine during the day, cooler evenings after sunset, and mountain terrain underfoot. A light coat and comfortable shoes for walking (and dancing!) on the grass are highly recommended.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Please take a look at our travel page with all of the information on hotels and airports. You'll find all booking details and links there. There are also some wonderful AIRBNB or VRBO options nearby if you're traveling with a group or looking for something more private. We know the Aspen area can be a bit pricey, so we recommend booking early to secure the best rates.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Parking is not available directly at the ranch, but we've arranged convenient transportation for all guests. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the journey—and perhaps a glass of wine—while we handle the driving logistics for you.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate with our closest loved ones! If your invitation includes a guest, we'd love for you to bring them. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you join us solo so we can keep things intimate. Thank you for understanding- it means the world to us!
