Callejoneada

6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Attire: Colorful, a photographer will be present. The streets are cobblestone, please be mindful of your choice of shoes worn.

The day before the wedding we will have a Callejoneada, a festive parade that precedes ceremonies in San Miguel de Allende. Due to remaining Covid restrictions, Callejoneadas are currently only taking place in the main park (Parque Benito Juarez). We will meet at the main entrance off of Beaza street. If you need an address to navigate, use 38 Beaza. It will be across the street. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! Due to previous irresponsible tourists, the city mandates that guests do NOT bring their own drink or food (including water). Our wedding planners will distribute water and sodas that will have been inspected by the authorities once the event starts. They will also be collecting trash as needed. Please do not bring your own water/food and do not litter. If caught, the authorities will stop us and immediately cancel the Callejoneada. At the end, we will enjoy some paletas & distribute welcome bags. We are in a great location and encourage you to go & grab dinner/drinks with other guests.

Ceremony & Reception

Semi-Formal/Cocktail Attire

Our outdoor ceremony and reception will take place on a beautiful rooftop overlooking the city center. NOTE: the rooftop is only accessible by a flight of stairs (no elevator). SEATING BEGINS AT 5:45pm. The ceremony will start exactly at 6pm so that we can get to food and dance asap.
