HEALTH AND SAFETY

As two physicians, there is nothing more important to us than the health and peace of mind of our guests. We acknowledge that choosing to attend a wedding in 2021 is an incredibly personal choice. We know that nothing in life, even before 2020, is without risk, and that risk tolerance varies widely among individuals. WE ARE THRILLED TO ANNOUNCE THAT AFTER CHECKING IN WITH OUR CONFIRMED GEUSTS, ALL GUESTS ABOVE AGE 12 ARE FULLY VACCINATED. Additionally, Blaine County, ID, has some of the highest vaccination rates in the country, with 79% of residents 18 and older fully vaccinated. After pouring over the research, we have come up with the following wedding protocols:

What You Can Expect From Us

The Fine Print

- Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be in the open outdoors and dinner will be in a covered tent with open sides to allow for maximum air flow. - Our venue will be kept to 25% of the total capacity. - Trail Creek Cabin is located on 2 beautiful acres of land that hugs the mountainside--plenty of fresh air and room to spread out. - Ceremony seating with extra seats between parties. - Dinner seating will be kept to households and social pods as much as possible. - Hand sanitizers at bars and on each table - All tables spread minimum 6 feet apart. - Masks provided for using restroom, on shuttle service (any place indoors with decreased ventilation)

What We Expect of Guests

the fine print

- For Ceremony and Reception: masks are not required as our guest list is 100% vaccinated and outdoor transmission is exceedingly rare. However, we want you to feel safe and relaxed above all else, so please wear a mask if you feel more comfortable in one! Noah and Madison are experts in reading eye smiles. - For Welcome Dinner event--given that this is an indoor event (with an outdoor flex space available) we encourage masking for this event when not eating or drinking given delta. - ASK FIRST--everyone has different risk tolerance--keep lines of communication open about masking, distancing, hugs, handshakes etc when interacting with someone outside your usual crew. If you see someone wearing a mask, please put yours on before approaching them.
