FAQs

Question

How do I get to the Ceremony?

Answer

We have a shuttle service! Please check back here to see drop off and pick up locations and times the night of the wedding so you don't have to drive!

Question

I'm flying into Sun Valley...should I rent a car?

Answer

Please see travel section!

Question

What about COVID19?

Answer

Please see the health and safety section!

Question

Can I bring my child/children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this is an adults only affair. We thank you for understanding.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

August in Idaho is beautiful, with warmer days and chilly mountain nights. Day averages range from 70s to 80s, with cooler temps in the evenings. Our ceremony will be during the warmest part of the day, outdoors, as will cocktail hour. Dinner will take place in a tent that we will be leaving open to the outdoors, so bring a light jacket for later.

Question

Can I film the ceremony on my phone?

Answer

We spent a lot of time searching for the perfect photographer, and we found her! Katherine Marchand will be traveling from NYC to photograph our wedding. With that in mind, we want her to get the absolute best shots she can, and work her magic. Please keep your phones out of sight, and on silent for the ceremony. After that, snap away and feel free to hashtag #theHuntisover and #eighteightcantwait !

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Dress code is formal but not black tie--no need for tuxedos.

Question

Will you have gluten free/vegetarian/vegan options?

Answer

Yes!

Question

I've never been to Idaho, will I like it?

Answer

You are going to LOVE it!

Question

Is Idaho considered the "midwest?"

Answer

No. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mountain_states

Question

Maddie, will you be baking your own wedding cake?

Answer

Duh.

For all the days along the way
