Welcome Event

Join us for an evening of celebration as we kick off the wedding weekend! The welcome party will feature heavy hors d’oeuvres, dessert bites, and cocktails. We encourage guests to enjoy a heartier dinner beforehand, then come ready to mingle, sip, and celebrate with us.

Black Tie Optional Attire

To help with our planning, we kindly ask for preliminary RSVPs by September 1st to get an idea of who will be joining us in celebrating our special day. Guests are encouraged to wear appropriate footwear for the mountain ceremony and bring an additional layer of clothing, as temperatures may be cooler at the top of the mountain in the evening. Transportation will be provided for all wedding guests to and from Pine Creek Cookhouse. Specific timing and pick-up location(s) will be communicated closer to the big day. Please note, private vehicles are not permitted on the property.
