We have a block rate at the Flamingo Resort, which is 15 minutes from the venue and where we will host our welcome reception on Friday. Please note the area is a hot commodity and rates elsewhere may be significantly higher. We will continue to add rooms to the block as they are available. Please book early due to limited availability! Shuttle

Flamingo/Pythian Wedding Shuttle

July 3, 2021 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm

We will have shuttles running from the Flamingo hotel to the wedding venue (Pythian House) before and after the wedding. Shuttles will begin leaving the wedding before the end of the night for those who don't want to stay to the end. Please plan to take the shuttle if you are staying at or near the Flamingo Resort & Spa. On-site parking is limited and we would prefer people enjoy themselves at the reception without having to drive home post celebrating. Ubers and Lyfts are not permitted on/near the property, but taxis can be arranged if you choose an alternate location to stay.

VRBO & Airbnb

There are several larger homes in the area currently available for group rentals if you would prefer to go that route. Kenwood, CA is the best town to search near since that is the closest to the venue and is not subject to some of the home rental restrictions in Santa Rosa.

SFO, OAK, STS Airports

Nearest airport options: SFO - San Francisco Airport - 70 miles to the Flamingo Resort & Spa (largest airport in the area) OAK - Oakland Airport - 70 miles to the Flamingo Resort & Spa (smaller than SFO but fewer weather delays) STS - Santa Rosa Airport - 11 miles to the Flamingo Resort & Spa (small airport but direct flights available from DFW) We encourage you to consider renting a car while you are out here because it may be cheaper than a round-trip Uber/Lyft from the airport (at least $100-$200 or more each way), and you'll be able to better explore the area.
