Poolside Welcome Reception

6:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Attire: Island Chic: Think beach soirée, hotel pool party, Hawaiian Luau, Jimmy Buffet tailgate, or anything in between. Light and casual. We'll be outdoors and poolside, so you can even take a dip in the pool! It'll be hot early but cooling down in the evening, so layers are encouraged.

Heavy hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be served.

Wedding

4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Attire: Sonoma County Chic: Garden party with a California twist. Smart, but casual. We'll be outdoors, which means hot in the afternoon and cool at night, so dress comfortably and bring a light layer for when the sun goes down. Shoes should be comfortable and appropriate for grass lawns and a stone patio. That means no heels, ladies! Flip flops are encouraged so you can be barefoot in the grass.

We will arrange for a shuttle between The Flamingo Resort & Spa and Pythian to and from the wedding on Saturday. On-site parking is limited and we would prefer people enjoy themselves at the reception without having to drive home post celebrating. Ubers and Lyfts are not permitted on/near the property, but taxis can be arranged if you choose an alternate location to stay.
