Flight
We recommend our family and friends to fly into Charlotte Douglas International Airport as it is the closest airport to our venue and hotels.
Shuttle
September 18, 2026 3:30 pm - 11:00 pm
A shuttle from Sunway Charters will be at each of the below hotel block locations for any guests wishing to take transportation to and/or from the wedding day! Please be promptly ready at 3:30pm to load into the shuttle. It will be located outside of the lobby entrance and depart no later than 3:45pm on September 18, 2026. These shuttles will return back to these hotels at the end of the evening! We kindly ask that you confirm the number of seats needed for your party, both to and/or from the event, on your RSVP.
