When is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 17th, so we can finalize all the details for our big day. We are so excited to celebrate together.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We encourage our guests to dress in formal or cocktail attire. Ladies: Floor-length dresses, elegant cocktail dresses, or dressy separates are all welcome. Men: Dark suits with ties or bow ties, or cocktail attire such as button-down shirts with dress pants or a blazer, are encouraged. Please keep in mind that our ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) and reception is outdoors in a covered tent.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Please plan to arrive by 4:00 PM to find a seat and get settled before we start.

Will there be transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be offering shuttle transportation on Friday afternoon. If you’re staying elsewhere, you are welcome to meet the shuttle at one of the hotel locations. Please let us know where you’re staying when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly. Limited parking is available at the venue, so we encourage using the shuttle or Uber when possible.

Can I bring a plus-one/date?

Please check your invitation or the RSVP section on our wedding website for all guest details. If you are unsure, feel free to reach out to us for clarification.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our flower girl and ring bearer. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

What should I do if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
