Pat and Nicki’s story goes way back to the hallways of Ray Middle School in Baldwinsville, NY, where they first became friends in 6th and 7th grade. Through all the awkward high school years and into college life, their friendship stayed strong. Even while Pat was off at Clarkson and Nicki at St. John Fisher, they always found time to visit each other and reconnect whenever they were home in B’ville—usually at their favorite local spot, Pizza Man Pub. After graduating college, Pat and Nicki realized they wanted to explore what more there could be between them. They dated for a while after college and eventually both found themselves living in Charlotte (Nicki insists Pat followed her there!). Within a year of being in the same city again, they rekindled their relationship and quickly knew this was truly end game for them. This time, it was Pat and Nicki, Take Two—plus Blue, Nicki’s black lab who quickly became Pat’s buddy too. From middle school friends to lifelong partners (and dog parents!), they can’t wait to celebrate the next chapter together!
