On the 2nd official day of Kindergarten a beautiful girl, with perfectly ribboned hair, entered the classroom. Another girl, with wild poufy blonde hair, approached her and asked if she would be her friend. The beautiful girl, Brenna, said "maybe"...today as she stands by Sonya's poufy blonde head as Maid of Honor, she is still deciding on her answer. When they were 8, Brenna became Sonya's first ski school student. She remains a dedicated pupil following Sonya all the way to Colorado where Sonya allows her to sleep in the outdoor shed while they continue their ski training. Favorite Halloween costumes together include "white trash" and the dating apps "tinder" and "farmer's only".

Sonya and Naomi will have known each other for 29 years and 11 months on the wedding day, and this website picture may be the only picture where Sonya is taller than Naomi! As sisters they have spent many a night in wet tents together, wet in cars together and getting wet in rivers, lakes and oceans around the country. When Naomi told Sonya she actually liked Nick, we all knew he was the real deal. Naomi is an inspiration and a powerful friend. From world travels to 180 degree career changes, Sonya and Naomi have more in common than they may admit. Sonya is proud to have her by her side through thick and thin.

Even though she is a real adult now Monica will always be "Ica-drool-face"-the girl with the best zingers in town.

Annalise was coerced into friendship in 2007 during the operatic production of Le Villi at Oklahoma City University. Sonya and Annalise lived together in Texas in 2008 and at "The Clurrrb" in 2010-2011. Annalise makes Sonya laugh harder than anyone in the world. Annalise is a superstar in Sonya's life and should be a superstar in everyone's life...look out. If Sonya hadn't met Nick, she may have proposed to Annalise.

Anna, the other member of "The Clurrrb", has been taking care of Sonya since 2007. She has let Sonya sleep on her couch, eat her food and listened to her rambling stories. Sonya and Anna traveled through southern Europe together discovering things like, Rome is below Venice, and never eat free turkish meat off the street. Favorite Halloween costumes include "birds" , "school girls", "OKCupid vs Tinder" and "The Sanders Sisters"

The week Sonya moved to NYC she got as job at a restaurant as a server. That same day she attended a party where she met Brittany, who had also just moved to NYC. The girls soon discovered they would be working at the same restaurant, they knew a friendship was meant to be. After being NYC neighbors for a few years, Sonya convinced Brittany to move to Colorado where they lived and performed together for the next year. Sonya also takes full credit for introducing Brittany to her boyfriend Nathan (sorry Anna). Favorite costumes together include "Abba", "Bumble vs Tinder" and "Singing Tacos".

Sonya and Michael formed their Dynamic Duo in 6th grade when they were recognized for their duet together in the production of "Yes Virginia, There Is A Santa Claus". They went on to play onstage and off together throughout high school. From first kisses to Prom dates, they've shared it all. Favorite costumes together include, "Abigail Williams and John Proctor" (The Crucible), "Snoopy and Sally" (Charlie Brown) and "Peter and Anne" (Diary of Anne Frank).

Kaleb positioned himself in Sonya's life as soon as she set foot on campus at Oklahoma City University. He sat on her bed as she unpacked on move in day and still hasn't left. Kaleb is fiercely loyal, dangerously hilarious and a truly wonderful friend. Their antics and endless giggling throughout many a rehearsal, choir concert, and class have gotten them a couple scoldings but never was able to quell this friendship fire. Kaleb is the life of the party and a shiny colorful light in every life he touches. Favorite costumes include "The Muppets" and "The Sander Sisters".

Robert and Sonya met during the filming of the infamous "Only in Oklahoma", a blog post created by Robert in their freshman year. Sonya quickly discovered that Robert was perhaps the most creative person she had ever met and decided she wanted to fangirl after him forever. They were Facebook married for almost the next 10 years, until Robert dumped her for his now husband...also named Nick. The Sonya-Robert team has discovered that they cannot travel together, as missed flights, broken trunks and train delays follow their every move. But this does not stop them from continuing a love affair rich with sarcasm and "bitches" jackets. Favorite costumes include "the muppets" and "the nuns".
