Travel

The Wedding Website of Kaitlin Kehoe and Nick May
We understand this is a big trip and we are so grateful if you can join us! Stanley is a very small, remote town. It's important to book lodging early as it fills up quickly late Spring and into the Summer months. Please be prepared for the drive to Stanley, whether you are coming from Boise or Sun Valley. Both routes are on windy two-lane highways. There are no gas stations after you leave town, until you reach Stanley. Watch for wildlife too!

Flight

Boise Airport (BOI)

Stanley is about a 3 hour drive from the Boise airport. Be advised the drive is on a two lane highway.

Flight

Friedman Memorial Airport (SUN)

The Sun Valley Airport is about an hour and a half away from Stanley. There may be some flights going into this airport, however you will find more options from Boise. Do what works best for you. Sun Valley is a small, resort town in the mountains. It's beautiful if you have a flight option, just be sure to check car rentals as well.

This is a sweet spot right on the Salmon River! The rooms have a nice deck too. This hotel also owns a couple rooms right across the highway, which would be very close to the reception! The website specifies “(NOT by the river)” for those across the highway, which is next door to our reception venue.
