FAQs

The Wedding Website of Kaitlin Kehoe and Nick May
Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress, but comfortably! Our dress code is Cocktail / Semi-Formal (think suits, dress pants, cocktail dresses). The ceremony will be outdoors, so weather-friendly shoes are a good call and please be prepared for possible cold weather. Cowboy boots are welcome too - we are in Idaho, after all ;)

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be taking place outdoors; we recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass. Please also be advised that weather is unpredictable in Stanley - there may be rain or snow. The reception will be held indoors.

Question

Is there a theme for the wedding?

Answer

If you want to coordinate with our colors then go with springy pinks and oranges! No need to match our colors though, you can wear what you like.

Question

Are guests permitted to bring a plus-one?

Answer

We ask that you do not bring a plus-one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Please reach out if you have any questions!

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

If your child is included on your invitation, then yes!

Question

Will there be transportation?

Answer

We will not have transportation set up for guests. The town of Stanley is very small and easily walkable! For reference, it's less than 15 minutes to walk from the Welcome Dinner location to the Wedding & Reception area.

Question

What's the best driving route from Boise to Stanley?

Answer

You have two options - the 21 and the 55 - and both are great. Take one route on the way there and the other on the way home. If you have extra time, take the 21 and make a reservation at the Springs Resort for a public or private soak at a hot spring. There are a couple extra natural hot springs along the 55 route. Choose your adventure!
