WILL THERE BE UBERS OR LYFTS AVAILABLE?
Answer
NO! While we have reserved hotel rooms in Charlottesville, the venue itself is in a more remote location and there will NOT be ride share services available back to the hotel. Please plan to utilize the shuttle service after the reception if you are staying at one of our recommended hotels.

WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED?
Answer
Yes! We have booked a shuttle service to bring guests from the Courtyard, the Fairfield Inn - Charlottesville North, and the Fairfield Inn - Charlottesville Downtown hotels both before the ceremony to the venue and back to the hotels after the reception. Please let us know if you book a room at one of our recommended hotels so we can better plan for your transportation needs. Your safety is our priority so please plan to utilize our transportation service! If you do choose to drive yourself, there will be parking available at the venue. Please remember to drive responsibly!

DO I NEED TO STAY AT HOTELS LISTED ON THE SITE?
Answer
No, you do not have to stay at the hotels listed on our website. If you choose to find other accommodations in the Charlottesville area, please let us know if you would like to meet the bus at one of our recommended hotels to utilize our transportation service. However, please be aware that the transportation provided will only be stopping at the hotels we recommend.

CAN I BRING A GUEST?
Answer
We are so excited to celebrate this day with so many of our favorite people! However, due to venue restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests not listed on the invitation.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?
Answer
While we love your little ones, we kindly request an adults-only event. We would love to celebrate with your whole family, including your kids, but unfortunately we have reached the maximum capacity for our venue. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home .

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal garden attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses or long gowns, and gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or tuxedos if they're feeling fancy. Pastels are encouraged (but please refrain from wearing white)!

WILL THE WEDDING BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
Answer
The wedding will be outdoors, though the reception will be under a tent. The ceremony will be in the grass, so please plan your footwear accordingly!
