The hotel is just 3 blocks away from our reception venue and has complimentary shuttle service - the only one in the wedding area! To book, just click the "view" button below. Rates are $125 a night & due to the hotel contract, we ask that you reserve your room before July 27th 2019, the unbooked rooms will then be released by July 28th and the discounted rate will no longer apply. Preferred rates will apply August 16th - August 18th, 2019. If there is an issue with booking, please let either the bride or groom know right away! Please call ahead for pick up and drop off! +1-319-731-4444 then press 0 for the operator. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle to and from the Cedar Rapids airport and runs from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm. Please call ahead and use this shuttle, as it is a reason we chose this hotel! We don't want you to worry about transportation once you arrive in Cedar Rapids. For a fee, the shuttle can be arranged for extended hours (11:00 pm - 5:00 am).
