Complimentary Shuttle Transport
1:15 pm - 4:15 pm

There will be a complimentary shuttle for guests needing transportation. It will run from the hotel to the wedding ceremony (St. Elizabeth Ann Seton church). Then it will run from the church to the reception venue after the wedding. To arrange proper transport, we would like to know how many guests plan on using this option! Please let us know in the RSVP section. Due to the proximity of the reception to the hotel, there won't be transportation provided at the end of the night. The DoubleTree shuttle can be called at anytime & runs until 11:00 pm.
Wedding Ceremony

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony! Family photos will take place in the church immediately following ceremony, so if you are related to the bride and groom - please stick around! There is a large parking lot at the church. Free shuttle transportation from hotel to ceremony site will be provided for hotel guests.
Cocktail Hour
4:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Shuttle transportation will be provided from the ceremony site to the reception venue. The DoubleTree hotel is a 7 minute walk, or 3 minute drive from the cocktail and reception venue! Otherwise, street parking is available.
Reception
5:30 pm - 11:30 pm

The reception venue is a short walk to The DoubleTree Hotel, and an even shorter drive if you'd like to take a quick Uber/Lyft or Taxi. There won't be a pre-arranged shuttle from the reception site back to the hotel, but you can call the DoubleTree Shuttle to schedule a ride as you please!
