2/1/2021: all rooms are filled We have reserved the entire inn for Friday and Saturday night to spend more time with friends and family! Please note: unless your room number begins with a C, there is at least one flight of stairs to get to your room (pack light, ladies!). Also, please note that most of the rooms remaining share a bathroom on the 3rd floor- we suggest a group of friends or family members reserves this space together. If you have any questions about your room reservation, please call the inn and ask for Cara.

CANCELLED: Hyatt Place Warwick Providence Airport

2/1/2021: This block will be cancelled automatically when the final round of invitations is sent, as the hotel management has asked we let all customers know of the cancellation before the room reservations are removed. You will receive an email to confirm. Please call the hotel with any questions. 5/19/2020 UPDATED BLOCK: The Hyatt Providence in Warwick will be automatically cancelling reservations for this August. A new block will be opened soon for the weekend of May 1st, 2021 at a discounted rate. Check back soon to re-book. Thank you. 3/19/2020 NEW BLOCK: Hyatt Providence: The Hyatt in Warwick can accommodate the size of our wedding block. We are diligently working with hotel staff to open the block for booking. We will post the link here within the next 48 hours.

CANCELLED: Courtyard Providence Warwick

3/19/2020 UPDATE: The Courtyard Providence Warwick is not able to accommodate our wedding guests during our rescheduled wedding in August. However, all guests that booked a room will receive a cancellation email (if email was provided on reservation). Please call the hotel with any issues you may have. Kevin can provide help as well if necessary. We will circulate an email and update links on this page (above) as soon as more information is available about our new wedding room block at the Hyatt in Warwick. We have secured the same room block there and are awaiting booking instructions for the group rate. More to come soon...
