Question
Where do I park?
Answer
Unless you have specifically been told by Ray or Rebecca to park at the ceremony, all guests will park at the reception area – The Mill Cafe – prior to the ceremony. There will be a shuttle to transport everyone to the ceremony and then back to The Mill for cocktail hour and reception. Addresses and timing in the day-of schedule tab.
Question
What is the dress code?
Answer
We're calling it mountain chic. Natural prints and colors with a sensible heavier layer for the evening festivities. Don't shy away from looking smart but this isn't black tie, either.

Will the ceremony and reception be outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors at the picturesque Forest Chapel situated between Mammoth's Twin Lakes. There is a quarter-mile flat dirt path (plus a spectacular wooden footbridge!) to traverse, but we're confident even Gramma will have no trouble with sensible footwear. There will be seating on wood benches for everyone. The reception is at The Mill Cafe and inside, though there is a large outdoor patio area for socializing and getting air between time spent dancing or otherwise making merriment indoors.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
As soon as you can! You can RSVP as soon as you receive your Save the Date (which is probably how you got here). When formal invitations come, we will prompt you to RSVP again (sorry in advance) so we can get the final count and make sure we have your food preferences.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
This will be a kid-free wedding as we have limited space at the ceremony and reception areas. Thank you for understanding.

What is the weather like in Mammoth Lakes in early August?
Answer
Days tend to be warm (average high 75F) while nights are cool (average low 40sF) with low chance of rain. That said, it is the High Sierra and brief afternoon showers can happen anytime.

Can I bring a +1?
Answer
Due to limited space and venue requirements, if your invitation did not indicate a +1, we are hoping you will decide to join us yourself. Thank you for your understanding <3

Is there a welcome event or farewell brunch?
Answer
Nothing formal! But we have some optional activities on the Group Activities + Things To Do tab that we hope will entice you. We appreciate you choosing to spend the day with us and encourage you to use the additional time to explore the area and make new memories.
