Horseshoe Lake Coffee Walk/Hike
8:30 am - 10:00 am
Parking Lot, Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546
Attire: Come as you are! Or bring a suit if you plan to take a dip
Join us for an optional light coffee hike the morning of the wedding. Meet at the Horseshoe Lake Staging Area where there's ample parking. (More info on this and other group welcome events on the Group Events + Other Things To Do tab)
Shuttle Pick-Up at The Mill
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Parking is very limited at the ceremony site, so you'll park at The Mill and be shuttled to and from the ceremony. Shuttle service from the reception venue to Forest Chapel begins at 3:00pm. More parking info on the FAQs tab. N.B. The last shuttle will depart for the ceremony at 3:40pm. Do not miss it!
Wedding Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Mountain Cocktail Attire – Embrace the mountain spirit with natural hues and prints (think muted florals). Low heels or wedges for your footwear; there will be a short dirt path to walk on.
Join us in our ceremony of commitment to one another. After shuttle drop-off, follow signs across the pedestrian bridge to our chapel nestled in the forest.
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
It may be a good idea to bring a dressy heavier layer for when the sun goes down!
Enjoy the open beer and wine bar (cocktails available for purchase), play a lawn game, write in our guest book, and mix and mingle with other guests. There will also be passed hors d'oeuvres to tide you over until dinner.
Reception
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Finally, enjoy dinner and dancing with us and fellow guests as the sun goes down and the dramatic night sky of the Eastern Sierra emerges. We love you!
