Kaulise and Erin have been inseparable since their college days, basically becoming family along the way. From spending nearly every day together in college to hosting slumber parties and exploring every corner of Minneapolis, their friendship has been one for the books. After college, Erin even moved into Kal’s family home before they got their first apartment together—because, of course, they weren’t done with their adventures yet. Kal is the kind of person who always shows up, puts others first (sometimes to a fault), and is fiercely loyal. Erin deeply admires her unwavering sense of self and her ability to stand by what she believes in, which has only made their bond stronger over the years. Whether they’re dancing ridiculously in the kitchen, sending each other memes, cracking jokes, or scheming their next big trip, there’s never a dull moment between them. Erin couldn’t imagine saying “I do” without her partner-in-crime by her side. Kal lives in Minneapolis, MN, where she spends her time devouring books, sipping wine, and jet-setting to exciting destinations —always ready for the next adventure.

Riley and Zak’s journey began in middle school, thanks to an unexpected connection—Riley’s twin brother, Jared, couldn’t help but envy Zak’s impressive skateboarding shoe collection. Determined to befriend him, Jared introduced Zak to Riley, and from that moment on, the three were inseparable. Bonding over their shared love of skateboarding, basketball, and drumming, their friendship quickly took off. But it wasn't until college—where Zak and Riley attended the same two schools, moving from dorms to apartments, from parties to bars—that Riley truly became cemented as someone Zak considers his brother. Those years were some of the most unforgettable in Zak’s life, and through every adventure, challenge, and late-night party or study sesh, Riley was always there. There’s never a dull moment with Riley; two things make that especially true. First, his unmatched sense of humor—no matter how tense a situation gets, he always has the perfect joke or ridiculous antic to lighten the mood. Second, his huge heart—his love and care for the people in his life make him someone you can always rely on. Zak couldn’t imagine taking this next step in life without Riley by his side. Riley currently lives in Tempe, AZ, where he enjoys golfing, exploring, and taking every opportunity to travel.
Chelsie Scherwinski

Chelsie is Zak’s oldest sister and without a doubt, the biggest goofball of the family. Zak can say with certainty that his sense of humor today is thanks to her. If there’s a chance to crack a joke, Chelsie never hesitates—her quick wit keeps everyone laughing. But beyond her humor, it’s her warmth and ability to connect with people that makes her truly special. She’s effortlessly personable —a quality Zak wishes had rubbed off on him more—and has a way of making everyone feel welcome and valued. More than just a sister, she’s been a role model to Zak, and he couldn’t imagine this day—or his life—without her by his side. Chelsie currently resides in Appleton, WI where she spends most of her time working as a Registered Nurse at a Cardiovascular Clinic. Outside of work she’s the mother of the two most adorable little humans - Ada & Adly.
Kayla Mueller

Kayla is the middle child of the Mueller family. Growing up, Kayla and Zak were very competitive. Sharing similar interests and hobbies like sports & drawing, every day consisted of them trying to best one another. This caused the two to clash more times than not, but what wasn’t expected from all that was the strong bond that was formed and all the unforgettable memories that they still laugh about today. One of the most endearing qualities of Kayla is her quirky sense of humor. She can make the room laugh in the most unexpected moments, unintentionally. Although a lot more could be said about Kayla, it means the world to Zak to have her in his corner, not just on this special day, but every day. Kayla currently resides in Appleton, WI where she manages a hotel for the best walks of life...dogs. Some of her favorite things are reading, shopping at Target, hanging out with her nieces, and spending time with her fiancé and family.
Jeremy Braun

Jeremy is the 4th Child in the Mueller clan - not really, but pretty much. Although Jeremy is Zak’s first cousin, Jeremy and Zak had a long span of time growing up where every day was spent together. Whether it was skateboarding, sports, recreating Jackass stunts while our parents were at work, or playing WWE video games all day; the two were inseparable. Although school & work took Zak out of WI, their interests still kept them in touch & at every family gathering Zak could always count on Jeremy being there - not just because he was invited, but because the Mueller's expected him to be there (whether he wanted to be there or not). The bond between Jeremy and Erin was formed from day 1, the minute they met. Jeremy is the most welcoming person, with such a warm presence. The love that Zak & Erin share for Jeremy, is why they couldn't imagine a better person to officiate their wedding and make this day even more special. Jeremy currently resides in Wrightstown, WI working as a CNC Machinist. When he’s not working, he’s out on the river barefooting & waterskiing with friends and family or he’s spending time with his little one Steel; who is the most badass little dude you’ll ever meet.
