3:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail or summer dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and jackets and slacks. Colorful outfits are encouraged.

Guests are welcome to arrive starting at 3:00 PM. The ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM. Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors, followed by an on-site indoor reception featuring dinner and dancing — with outdoor spaces available to enjoy throughout the evening. A shuttle will be provided to the wedding from/to Hyatt Place Reno (see Travel tab for more details). The venue also has plenty of free parking. Kindly RSVP by June 15, 2026.

Sunday Sendoff at Sand Harbor

Casual Attire: Anything goes. Bathing suits, towels, sunscreen, and beach/water toys are encouraged.

Come help us kick off married life at Lake Tahoe with a laid-back afternoon with lunch and some "hair of the dog." Everyone is welcome, including children. We’ve reserved the Ramada group area at Sand Harbor State Park. Sand Harbor is one of the most popular spots in the Tahoe Basin, known for its crystal-clear water and stunning rock formations. Carpooling is highly recommended, as there is a $15 per vehicle entrance fee and limited parking spots. Please park in the area reserved for the Ramada group area. If the main entrance is closed (parking full), please proceed to the boat ramp entrance and let the attendee know that you are going to the Ramada for a private event. Alternatively, a public shuttle runs from Incline Village to the park. We’ll share the 2026 schedule when it’s available. RSVP is appreciated for planning, but not required.
