As the vast majority of guests will be flying in from out of town, we recommend booking a flight from your local airport to the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY). Once you arrive at MSY, simply call an Uber, Lyft, or take a taxi to your lodging location. When in the city of New Orleans, you can make use of streetcars, cabs, Ubers, Lyfts, and your good old walking shoes to get from place to place. New Orleans is like any major city, in that it has a reliable infrastructure of public transit and taxis to ferry people around. Unless you’re planning extensive or far-flung explorations outside the major tourist zones, you really don’t need to rent a car during your stay in New Orleans.

There are countless great Airbnb options available in New Orleans if you would prefer to keep your lodging costs to a minimum. No wedding events will be taking place at The Old No. 77 Hotel & Chandlery, so you are free to explore your lodging options all throughout the city! We do recommend sticking to the French Quarter in terms of lodging, however, as we will be holding our after-party in this neighborhood.
