Mount Shasta is a relatively easy place to get to. Located on I-5, it is about 3.5 hours north of the Sacramento Airport and about 1.5 hours south of the Medford Airport. It is a holiday weekend so we highly recommend solidifying lodging as soon as you have confirmed you will be joining. Both Mount Shasta and McCloud have great places to stay and are about the same distance from the venue.
We have booked a block of rooms in the Mount Shasta Best Western, but also reccomend looking into AirBnb and VRBO as they are full of affordable options as well. Additionlly, if you'd rather camp, there are many beautiful sites in the area.

Transportation To the Venue
The Mount Shasta Ski Park has a large parking area and is located several miles outside of town up a relatively windy mountain road. Please plan accordingly so everyone has a safe weekend. There is also free camping in the parking lot the night of the wedding and there is plenty of space to spread out.
