Yes! There will be about a 15 min chairlift ride up to the ceremony area and then back down to the base for the reception. Fear not if you haven't ridden a lift in years, if will be moving very slowly and there will be friendly staff there to help folks load and unload.
Yes, there are many places to camp in the Mount Shasta area. There is a great campground at Lake Siskiyou that has both cabins and tent sites. There is also RV and car camping available at the ski park the night of the wedding for anyone who wants to avoid a drive after the festivities.
