Kansas City International Airport

In the greater Kansas City area we have 3 airports. However, the best one to use would be KCI. It is about 45 minutes north of the hotel so please plan to rent a car or arrive together so that you may carpool to get to the hotel. Masking is required at KCI and they provide shuttles to and from the rental car locations.

All shuttles will leave from the Hampton Inn and Gather at Red Cedar Gardens. 2 shuttles will be running from 3-4 so that all guests may get to the venue as needed. From 4pm on there will be a shuttle leaving approximately every half hour to and from the hotel for anyone that forgot their shoes or needs to dip out early/arrive fashionably late.
