Is there Parking at the Venue?

Answer

We are not having guests to the venue out of partial lack of space and convenience. Complimentary bussing to the venue will be provided from the Hampton inn in Overland Park. If you need a different ,accomodation please let us know by emailing mcdiaz_serrano@yahoo.com.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love children, and trust me, working in education, I do, we'd love our wedding to be an event that parents can come enjoy as an evening away. There will be some exceptions on a case by case basis, so talk to us. But we'd like to keep the event 15+

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know when you RSVP of any food allergies so we can accommodate as best we can. Due to those close to us who we love having various food allergies we will for sure be having Gluten Free, Peanut AND Tree Nut Free options, and likely try to accommodate some sort of dairy free option as well.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We went everyone to be able to enjoy our wedding to the fullest and responsibly. We will be providing transportation in the form of those classic yellow school buses. You CANNOT miss them. They will be running to and from the venue and hotel all night so that hotel stayers do not have to worry about a DD and anyone who needs to come and go may do so.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know if you will be attending no later than April 6th or about 45 days before the wedding so that we can make final counts with our caterers and so that your hotel and or flights will be as reasonably priced as possible for you!
