Sheridan County Airport is the best option if you want to fly directly into Sheridan. Be aware that because it is a small airport, there is only one airline supported, United Airlines, and they only accept flights into and out-of Denver, CO.

Billings-Logan International Airport - Billings, Montana

If you are planning on flying as your mode of travel, the best recommendation (and often the most budget-friendly) is to fly into Billings-Logan International Airport in Billings, MT. Unfortunately, Wyoming is not very airline-friendly, so the most comfortable flights are all going to be into Billings. From there, you can rent a car or make pick-up arrangements and make the two-hour drive south to Sheridan.
