How To Get To Our Wedding

On the day of the wedding, set a course for: Best Western Thornburg 5217 Mudd Tavern Road, Woodford, VA 22580. To all guests: You must park at the Best Western. There is no parking at the wedding site. Again: You must park at the Best Western. There is no parking at the wedding site. A shuttle will take you from the Best Western parking lot to the wedding site. The first shuttle will depart at 3:30pm. The second shuttle will depart at 4:20pm. >>>>> You must be on one of those shuttles to make the ceremony at 5pm. <<<<< The shuttle will loop continuously between the two locations from 3:30pm (starting at the hotel) until 1:30am (ending at the hotel). We also have a room block at the same hotel - see below.

The deadline to book a room in our block is April 18. To reserve, click VIEW. Or call the hotel at (540) 805-5023 and say that you wish to book in the Corbley-Meerovich Wedding Block. Breakfast is included for all rooms. Standard check-in is at 4pm. If you wish to check in earlier, call the hotel and request an early check-in.
