Attire: 1990's night on the town
If you're in town early and want to get your boogie on, join us at Johnny's for an unofficial kick-off to our weekend of fun! This iconic 1920's style nightclub caterers to all ages (21+) and is known for its 1980 thru early 2000s mix list. Expect a $10 cover, a line to enter (shorter the earlier you arrive), crowded dance floor, mediocre drinks, strangers asking you to dance and one heck of a good time. We can't explain it except to say: Johnny's is a vibe, and we love it.
4:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Attire: come as you are
Please join us to meet other guests and enjoy food, music and games. Practice your Greek dancing before the big day! Children welcome. The Pavilion is located in the downstairs parking lot by the school gym. Look for the blue awning and follow our posted signs.

The couple will be starting their wedding day attending Sunday service at the church they met. Guests are most welcome (but not expected) to join. While Holy Communion is only offered to properly prepared Orthodox Christians, all guests are welcome to enjoy the blessed bread at the end of service. If this is your first time in an Orthodox church, please reach out to us so we can help orient you as to what to expect! (Orthos begins at 8am)
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Attire: formal
The Orthodox Christian marriage ceremony is rather unique and full of rich symbolism. If you'd like to learn more in advance, this is a good article: https://www.lemonandolives.com/overview-of-a-greek-orthodox-wedding/ We humbly remind you that this beautiful and symbolic service is a Sacrament of the Holy Orthodox Church and ask that you please maintain proper reverence. We also ask all of our guests to be completely present with us in prayer and refrain from taking pictures/videos during the service. Ladies - we recommend bringing a shawl or sweater if you're wearing a strapless or backless dress for the church. If you are unable to join us this weekend, we welcome your prayers during our ceremony which will be livestreamed at https://www.youtube.com/live/xYNYQMib8aU.
