Uber/taxi is the most direct option, with the venue around a 10–15 minute drive from most parts of the CBD and surrounds. Parking in the area is limited. We recommend avoiding driving where possible. If you’d prefer something a bit more scenic, the ferry is a great option (https://shorturl.at/lMPRU). Sydney Ferries services run from Circular Quay and Barangaroo Wharf to Balmain East Wharf. The ferry trip takes around 10–15 minutes and from Circular Quay passes the Sydney Opera House and goes under the Harbour Bridge. The ferries are very easy to use—just tap on and tap off with a card or phone. From Balmain East Wharf, it’s a 25–30 minute (slightly uphill) walk through the village to the venue—Balmain is a lovely suburb to wander through if you like. The venue is in a quiet cul-de-sac by the water. Follow the signage and music down towards the foreshore. The venue sits just above a small secluded beach and pontoon and looks over the water —we hope you’ll love it as much as we do.
