When should we fly in?

Answer

Dylan and Megan will be flying into Zermatt Wednesday (8/20), so you are welcome to arrive whenever! We recommend exploring Switzerland, so if possible, plan some time to explore the country before or after the wedding weekend!

Where should we stay?

Answer

There is a room block at Cervo Mountain resort, which you can access by calling the resort at +41 27 968 12 12 and letting them know you are a part of the Woods/Hewlett wedding. There are also many other hotels, resorts, and airbnbs in Zermatt! There are no bad places to stay in Zermatt. We would recommend looking up Cervo on the map, and finding hotels close by, so you can easily get home after the wedding ends (given it will be a late night)!

Do I have a plus one?

Answer

Your save the date includes the names of those who have an invitation to attend. Additionally, when you RSVP, all of the party included in your invite will be listed. Unfortunately, our venue has limited seating, and at this moment, we don’t have extra room for additional guests. As we learn more about who is able to attend, we will reach out to those who don’t currently have a plus one to extend the invite, if possible!

Are kids invited?

Although we would LOVE to see your kiddos, unfortunately our venue has limited space, and we do not have enough room to accommodate all the kids in our lives! Cervo Mountain Resort does offer nanny / babysitting services, so please reach out if you have any questions or concerns!
