On Friday night if you are in town, we are having a little get together on the balcony of the Oriental hotel. This is just a way for everyone who is in town to mingle and catch up before the big day. Feel free to order dinner or just drinks, whatever you feel, pay your own way.

Ceremony
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Please use Google Maps to assist you to the ceremony site. It is approximately a 5 minute drive out of Tumut. When you arrive at 288 Lacmalac Road, the entrance is on the right hand side. We will hang balloons to mark the site. Enter the property over the cattle grid and follow the gravel road down towards the large shed. Parking will be here and walk across the paddock towards the arbour and seats on the banks of the river. Please make use of the seating, but leave the front rows available for immediate family. The groom, groomsmen and celebrant will welcome you.
In Case of Rain
3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

If in the event of rain, the Ceremony will take place at the Showgrounds in the grandstand above the main arena. Please enter in the gate at the top of the hill for easiest access to the grandstand. If this is the case, balloons will be here to mark the entrance. It is covered, but would still suggest bringing an umbrella to keep you dry. If this is to be the case, you will receive a text message the morning of the wedding, notifying you of a venue change.
Canapes

While you patiently wait for the bridal party to arrive at the reception, we have organised lawn games, canapes and drinks for you to enjoy. The bridal party will arrive to join you before heading inside for the reception at 6pm.

Because we really want to see you again before you head back home, we have organised breakfast/brunch at the showgrounds to catch up one last time. We will have coffee, tea, bacon and egg rolls and fruit to enjoy.
