Best place to fly into?
Answer
There are a few different options: The Saint John Airport is 38 minutes from the venue. The Fredericton Airport is 1hr 6 minutes from the venue. The Moncton Airport is 1hr 23 minutes from the venue.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Answer
Semi-casual, yet wear what you're comfortable in! We want to dance!

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will both be taking place at Bates Barn - 918 Route 850, Long Point, NB.
Question
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather pending) and the reception will be held inside the barn.

How does the bar work?
Answer
The bar will be a cash bar. :)

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the barn where they can check out the bar, sign the guest book, work on the wedding crossword puzzle, or find a lawn game to partake in with family and friends!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend arriving half an hour to an hour beforehand to make sure everyone is seated on time!

Where should guests park? Is parking free?
Answer
There is a large parking lot right on the venue lot where guests can park for free!

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
Answer
Thank you in advance for submitting your RSVP by June 1st. Right on this wedding website you will see a tab at the top titled "RSVP" and from there you can search your name and RSVP for your entire party,

Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?
Answer
The bar opens at 4pm, and we will be providing some finger foods such as vegetable trays while you wait for the slowpoke bride and groom!
