We can't wait to share our special day with you

Our story started like so many nowadays - online; however, that's where we like to think the unoriginal part ends. In the midst of the global pandemic, we couldn't meet in person until several months after we started talking. Instead, we watched movies together, played pub trivia, laughed, and got to know each other over Facetime. Several months later, when the world was slowly opening up again, Jon decided he would drive to Riverview from Oromocto so we could finally meet in person. We were both pretty nervous, but things seemed to click right away. So much so that his old roommates, Morgan and Joanne, say that he "left for a sleep-over and never came back!" From then on until today, we've been inseparable. On August 2nd, 2022, Jon proposed on the beach across from his childhood home in North Bay, Ontario, just as the sun was setting. It was a beautiful moment in what we know is a beautiful relationship.
