To book with our wedding block, please go to the hotel website (TheWhiteHorseLodge.com) under the Groups and Events/BOOK WITH ROOM BLOCK menu, type in the block dates and then type in "Meanski" as the Promo Code. There is a two night minimum for this Promo Code. We should have plenty of rooms available, but if you run into any difficulty please let us know! We recommend booking before the end of April to make sure you have a room. The shuttle will be making pick ups and drop offs from this location, and is located only a 5 minute drive away from our Wedding venue.

Getting to the Mad River Valley

There are a number of airports that you could fly into! For the shortest drive, the best bet is Burlington, VT (1 hr drive). Manchester, NH is also a great option (2.5 hr drive) or Boston, MA (3.5 hour drive) Uber/lyft aren’t reliable in VT, so we would recommend renting a car, or carpooling with fellow guests.
