Our journey begins at the crown of the historic Centennial Malt House. Built in 1876 as part of the Joseph Schnaider Brewery, the Penthouse once served as the heart of St. Louis’s Victorian brewing boom. For over 150 years, these walls have stood as a silent witness to the city's evolution—from the industrial 19th century through the quiet years of Prohibition.
The space is defined by its original soaring timber ceilings and massive windows offering a panoramic view of the skyline. As the sun sets over Chouteau Avenue, this historic architecture transforms into a "Midnight Noir" sanctuary. Against the backdrop of aged brick and modern city lights, we will exchange our vows in a room that has truly stood the test of time.
