We will not be providing transportation for the wedding ceremony or reception. Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Sugar Mill in Apple Bay. There are other hotels and villas nearby if you wish to stay close by that evening but not at the Sugar Mill. Check out our travel page for more information on where to stay and/or rental cars.
Beach casual! Sandals and light clothing! Please keep your shirts on until Matt takes his off first.
This may depend on where you stay. If you choose the all-inclusive option at The Sugar Mill they may be able to pick you up. You will need to arrange that with the Sugar Mill. Otherwise, you may need to arrange for a taxi which can be done once you arrive at the marina. If you are renting a car for your time on the island you may be able to arrange for the car to be waiting for you at the ferry dock or airport. You would need to arrange for this before your arrival.
We love you and your babies but we do love rap music as well. We would love for this celebration to be a part of a family vacation but keep in mind the event is geared towards adults. The choice is yours!
YES!! Please make sure you have your passport and make sure it is not expiring soon!
We want you and your special person to celebrate with us! Give us a heads up if there is someone new in your life that will be joining!
No! The ferries, like many things down there, run on island time. Generally the last ferry will leave St. Thomas around 4:30pm so keep that in mind when booking flights. Once at the ferry dock you will be able to buy tickets for the available boats. Your larger bags will be "checked" and you will reunite with them before the customs line in Tortola. If you plan on leaving Tortola on Sunday via ferry, keep in mind there are limited ferries running on that day. The Thanksgiving Day ferry schedule will be the same as any other day during the week.
November is the start of the swell season in Tortola. There is a good chance for waves during this time of year. Matt will be checking surfline hourly most likely leading up to the trip, you can ask him.
