We're getting married!

Due to Hurricane Irma, some of the amazing hotels and activities may not be available. We are working to keep our recommendations and information as updated as possible but we recommend double checking if planning any outside excursions or hotel accommodations during your trip!

Relationships and love is not what normally comes to mind when you think of a 4th of July party on Morris Island but that is where our story began. Erica and Matt rode over to the island on a pontoon boat captained by Captain Ron. There, Erica won the captains hat award and Matt could not resist. A couple Facebook messages later and we were official, or at least planned on officially meeting up at AC's the next weekend. We came to find our mutual love of traveling, beaches, pizza, and puppies and can't imagine life without any of those, or each other.

We've bought a house, raised a weird little dog, and fallen more and more in love over the last 8 years. Over Memorial Day weekend we took a trip up to Wilmington, NC to get away for a bit. On Monday after a weekend spent with friends and dogs, we took the boat out for a relaxing morning. Digger decided to actually "swim" that day and Matt didn't bring any surfboards (Erica should've known something was up). A stroll on the beach followed by Matt on one knee and Digger close behind. Erica "babe'd" with excitement before remembering to say yes. And now it's actually happening and we can't wait!

As some of you may know Erica recently helped transport a puppy from St. Thomas to Miami with the belief it would have a much better chance of being adopted in the States.
