There are several airports in the Bay Area to fly into, but all will require a bit of a drive to Lake Tahoe. Depending on traffic, you can make it from any airport to the venue in about 3-4 hours. Great choice if you want to explore the Bay Area before heading to Tahoe.

The closet airport to Lake Tahoe. It takes about 50 minutes to drive to the venue from Reno at anytime of day. Perfect if you plan on spending time in Lake Tahoe only.

The next closest hotel to the venue. Located at the base of the ski resort Palisades Tahoe, this hotel is surrounded by several resturants, bars, and shops. There is also a shuttle that runs between here and Everline Hotel.

Airbnb
As Tahoe is a great palce to vacation any time of year, there are plenty of Airbnbs in the area where you can stay. Olymic Valley is the closest area with many options (the location of Palisades Tahoe Ski Resort). Alpine Meadows is down the road about 10 minutes and also has many Airbnbs available to rent (the location of Alpine Valley Ski Resort). You can also stay in Tahoe City on the shores of Lake Tahoe about 15 minutes away. Keep in mind that unfortunately there will not be shuttles after the wedding, so please plan accordingly if you chose to stay outside of Everline Hotel/Olympic Valley.
