We haven't done a ton of hiking near our venue, but a beautiful drive down the west side of the lake leads to many of our favorites, including Vikingsholm Trail (easy stroll to the water), Eagle Lake Trail, Cascade Falls Trail, and Mt Tallac. There are definitely some cool hikes in Olympic Valley itself if you don't want to drive (and even more if you take the Tram!) so let us know if you find a good one!
Jump into the crystal clear water, but beware, the water is pretty cold most of the year! There are also plenty of places to check out too for boat, kayak, and paddle board rentals.
Our resort, Everline, has a golf course available for guests. There are also several other golf courses in the area as well.
There are some beautiful bike paths to check out in Olymic Valley and around Lake Tahoe, but safety first and wear a helmet (love your friendly family EM doctor).
Browse the shops at The VIllage at Palisades Tahoe and pick out a souvenir or 2 (or 3 or 4- you deserve it).
On our to-do list! Take a 10 minute tram ride to a mountain top where you can soak in the magnificant Sierra Nevada mountains and of course, beautiful Lake Tahoe.
There is an abundance of things to do in Olympic Valley/Tahoe including rock climbing, mountain biking, fly fishing, and river-floating, just to name a few! We really hope everyone uses our wedding as a chance to disconnect and enjoy outdoor activities with loved ones <3
