The deadline to reserve a room under our hotel block is December 3rd. The Westin Sarasota boasts beautiful 360 views of Sarasota Bay and features an amazing rooftop pool & bar that we highly encourage our guests to check out!
Flight
SRQ or TPA Airports
While guests can certainly fly into the Tampa airport (TPA), it's about an hour drive away from Sarasota so we recommend guests to fly into the Sarasota-Bradenton airport (SRQ). The Sarasota Bradenton airport is about a 10 minute drive from the hotel block and downtown Sarasota (and is also the fastest security you'll ever go through!) We are planning for most people to arrive Friday morning/afternoon on 1/3/25 and return flights home on Sunday 1/5/25; however, you are more than welcome to extend your trip to soak up the Florida sun!
Shuttle
Shuttle from Hotel to Ceremony

A shuttle will be provided for guests from the hotel to the wedding ceremony/reception. Shuttle schedule is below. All other weekend events will be within walking distance of the hotel downtown. Shuttle Schedule To Venue: 3:30PM Shuttle Schedule Leaving Venue: 10:00PM

Rental Car Notes
If flying into SRQ, we'd recommend an uber/lyft as everything is within walking distance downtown. Shuttle services from the hotel to the ceremony/reception will be provided. If flying into TPA, it might make sense to get a rental, but you would have to pay for parking at the hotel. Overnight parking at the hotel is $40 per night. It might make sense to do an uber/lyft considering.
Travel Note
Free Bay Runner Shuttle
Sarasota offers a free shuttle service from Downtown Sarasota to St. Armand’s Circle, Lido Beach and Longboat Key. The shuttle runs daily from 7am to 10pm. For more information visit their website below.
