What is the dress code?

Answer

The Welcome Party on Friday night is semi-formal (i.e. jeans and a nice top or a dress) while the Wedding Ceremony and Reception are cocktail/formal attire.

What are the hotel accommodations?

Is there parking near the hotel?

Answer

The Westin Hotel offers overnight parking for $40/night. There is ample street parking in downtown Sarasota as well. The main streets are pay to park while the side streets all offer free street parking.

Yes, there is parking available at the venue.

Will there be transportation from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

We kindly request that our celebration be an adults-only event.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are planning to have an outdoor wedding providing the weather allows us to! If there is inclement weather, the reception will be held inside the estate.

What will the temperature be?

Answer

During this time of the year, the weather is typically around 75 degrees during the day and then drops to around 65 degrees once the sun sets. Ladies, plan to bring a light jacket or shawl for the evening if you tend to get chilly!
