Flight

Flying into Maui

After you fly into Kahului, Maui (OGG) you have two options: Fly into Hana: About a 20 minute flight from the Kahului airport. Note: no rental cars in Hana so be sure to line up rides. Drive to Hana: about a 2 hour windy but scenic drive from the Kahului airport (where you can also rent a car)

Rental Car

Car Rentals

Car rentals are available at the Kahului Airport (OGG) or check Turo.com - sometimes they have better options/a different selection from locals who rent out their cars.

Travel Note

Note

Hana is absolutely gorgeous but like most of Hawaii, expensive. Below are some of the options for rentals in the area. Let us know if you cannot make any these work and we will do our best to put a roof over your head!

House Or Rental

Renting a Room or a House

Check Airbnb or VBRO in Hana. There are limited options that tend to get reserved quickly so we suggest booking as early as possible. If you'd like recommendations on where to stay don't hesitate to reach out to us. We have been to many of the rentals in town, may know the host, and are happy to help!

House Or Rental

Camping

We are encouraging anyone who would like to to camp on our property for the night of the wedding (Oct 19). For nights other than October 19th, we can likely help find a spot for you to camp. Please reach out to us if you'd like to camp and need a place to pitch your tent :)

Hotel

Hana-Maui Resort - Destination by Hyatt

5031 Hana Highway
Hana, HI 96713

It is higher-end and pricey but an option if you'd like to go that route. Convenient and beautiful location.
